SPECIAL INNOVATION ACTIVITY REGIMES: THE CONCEPT AND FUNCTIONS

Abstract
This paper presents the analysis and generalization of the study material from the Special commercial activity regime category. The understanding of the special commercial activity regime as a mechanism for implementing the state policy in this or that sphere of relations is justified. The main legal means of a special legal regime of an incentive nature are considered. Also, the author proposed a definition of the concept of a special innovation activity regime and considered the main and additional functions of such a special regime in the context of the innovative function of the state.
