THEORETICAL AND LEGAL BASES OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the definition of organic agriculture on which basis it was formulated the author's definition of this concept as a legal category and also the analysis of legal regulation of relations in the area of production of organic agricultural products. There are revealed some problems and developed proposals to improve the current legislation of Ukraine.
