METHODS OF PROTECTIVE ACTIVITY OF THE DEFENDER FOR RECOGNITION OF THE CONCLUSIONS OF JUDICIAL EXPERTISE WITH INACCURABLE EVIDENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal nature of the appointment of forensic medical examinations. The degree of importance and importance of the expert's conclusions for the decision of the indictment by the court is examined in detail. At the same time, a number of problematic aspects are revealed which are carried out by the bodies of pre-trial investigation when collecting evidence and forming an indictment, which in the future gives the defenders the right to defend the interests of the defendant. A position is formed regarding the importance of the expert's conclusion for the indictment, important factors that are key to the recognition of forensic evidence conclusions as inadmissible evidence are displayed.
