PATRIMONIAL LIABILITY IN ECOLOGICAL LAW

Abstract
This article focuses on the concretisation and argumentation of the effectiveness and the perspective of patrimonial responsibility in environmental law and perspective delimitation of liability regime for environmental damage from that applicable to the repair of environmental damage to the patrimony of the person. In the same context, it is argued the idea of objectification of environmental responsibility, even by overcoming some limits of traditionalism.
