FORMS OF REMEDIES FOR CONTRACTING PARTIES OF AN ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article represents doctrinal approaches to the structure of legal civil rights and to its component, i. e. a right of defense, gives definition, studies the forms of remedies for civil rights and their application by any contracting parties of an advertising agreement, determines grounds, terms and the scope for application of remedies by the contracting parties, identifies the priority of court remedy, gives classification of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional remedies, analyzes possible ways for use of each remedy in advertising relations, gives recommendations on self-help enforcement.
