CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR AGRICULTURAL USE LAND IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of mismanagement of lands, which can lead to a long decline or loss of their fertility, the withdrawal of lands from agricultural circulation, the washing of the humus layer, and the disturbance of the soil structure.
