CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the grounds for the criminal liability for violation of fire safety requirements established by the legislation. The research qualifies the component elements of a crime as a ground for the criminal liability under the Criminal Code of Ukraine «Violation of the fire safety requirements established by the legislation».
