PROGRAM ON PHYSICAL CULTURE OF THE PROFILE LEVEL FOR 10-11 CLASSES, TYPE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY MODULE "POWERLIFTING"

Abstract
The article highlights the problems of the program of profile training in physical culture for pupils of 10-11 grades. The questions of development of power abilities by means of powerlifting are considered. The experimental curriculum on physical culture of the profile level for the 10th-11th grades, the kind of physical activity module "powerlifting" is offered. The control training standards and requirements for the module "powerlifting" for pupils of grade 10-11 grades are provided. It is recommended to use basic and auxiliary exercises in powerlifting for physical education classes for senior level students.
