IMPROVING MANAGEMENT OF CONSUMER CAPITAL TO COMPANIES ON THE BASIS OF NEW SOFTWARE TOOLS

Abstract

Different program products of management of consumer capital are analyzed. The main features, advantages and disadvantages of new software products are defined. Criteria analysis of software tools for assessing consumer capital is conducted. The usefulness of each of the analyzed automated tools is defined. The most effective among them is provided to improve the consumer capital management.
