CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL MEANS OF PROTECTION INFORMATION OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF CONDUCTING SECRET INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS: CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article explores the specific features of the protection of information obtained as a result of conducting secret investigative (search) actions. The legal nature of the information collected during the pre-trial investigation is analyzed. It is concluded that the disclosure of such information always creates a threat to national interests and security. It is emphasized that it is necessary to prevent persons who have the right to familiarize themselves with the materials of criminal proceedings, about the criminal responsibility for disclosure of information about private (personal or family) life of persons in all cases, if the material carriers of information contain such information.
