SOME LEGAL PROBLEMS OF EXECUTION AND APPLICATION OF EUROPEAN COURT ON HUMAN RIGHTS DECISIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article on the basis of existent points of view the problem questions of implementation of European Convention of Human Rights in Ukrainian judicial practice are investigated. Taking into account the imperfect process of arrangement of Ukrainian law drafting under right European convention, authors consider a necessity to extend the list of persons subject to the rehabilitation according to the decisions of the European court on human rights in their benefit. Suggestions are spoken out also on introduction to the home legislation of institute of the personal responsibility of members of judge corps for illegal decisions that became reason of handling a complaint in the European court on Ukraine.
