Criminalistic characteristics of the person who involves the chair of objects of the citizen's real estate

Abstract

Criminologically significant features of the person who is committing fraud in relation to objects of real estate are investigated. The forensic portrait of the offender is considered on the basis of socio-demographic, moral-psychological, and biological characteristics of the person. The classification of persons who commit crimes against immovable property is classified into two groups. It is accentuated that for the most part, fraud involving immovable property of citizens is committed in a group with the involvement of corrupt civil servants, realtors, lawyers and persons who perform administrative functions in commercial organizations, notaries. The prevalence of participation in the crime of women, persons with higher education, knowledgeable and literate persons, who possess the methods of communication, tactics of influence on people is noted.
