CRIMINALISTIC TECHNOLOGY IN THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article outlines separate components of the epistemological foundations of criminology and the doctrine of criminalistic technology, on the basis of which it is possible to develop a set of scientifically substantiated practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of providing forensic activity based on a technological paradigm. In criminalistics, the problems of general theory are not disclosed, but without this, criminalistics risks disappearing as science. Epistemology will reveal the essence of the natural, humanitarian and cognitive complexes associated with various criminalistic practices of the past and present, and emerged within the framework of new areas of forensic science it is in legal education. The subject of the research is relevant for the further development of forensic scientific knowledge and forensic, expert practice.
