CRIMINOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF A JUVENILE OFFENDER

Abstract
The article is concerned with criminological analysis of the legal consciousness of a juvenile offender. The main reasons that lead to deterioration and failures of the legal consciousness are determined. On the basis of the analysis of scientific research, five types of legal consciousness of juvenile offenders are singled out: unstable, dependent on needs, ignorant (illiterate), nihilistic and cynical.
