PARTICIPATION OF TRANSLATOR IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article explores the role of an interpreter as a guarantee of providing the basis for the language of criminal proceedings, it is analyzed the scientific approaches to the definition of an interpreter and requirements related to him as a participant in criminal proceedings, and the level of international legal regulation and foreign experience of the interpreter’s participation in criminal proceedings.
