ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL PERSONALITY OF SUBJECT OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY

Abstract
It was made the analysis of the essence of the concept of administrative legal personality, as signs of the subject of authority. The structure of administrative legal personality was revealed. The features of administrative capacity were investigated. Their influence on the status of the executive body was determined. The ways of appearance of administrative personality of executive bodies were investigated.
