Criminological characteristics and basic features of banditry

Abstract
The study is the comprehensive analysis of criminal law and criminological characteristics of banditry. It was found the structure, status and trends of banditry, studied personality gang member, identified determinants of committing the crime and features of the mechanism of criminal behavior.
