Criminological characteristics of crimes against morality

Abstract
The paper presents the criminological characteristics of crimes against morality, which is the basis for the development of effective preventive measures. It outlines the characteristics of the person who commits a crime against morality, based on statistical analysis of criminological convicted under art. 297–304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for 2010–2014.
