CRITERIA AND ASSESSMENT OF EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IN THE MODERN DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the essence of the main criteria for the evaluation of the adminis¬trative team in the modern enterprise is analyzed. The historical development of the topic based on the writings of scholars in the field of formation of effective management teams is viewed. On the basis of the study it was proved the concept of team effectiveness, which should be designed to evaluate the contribution of and encourage each member of the management team.
