Criteria and indicators of efficiency of implementation of administrative rules: general description

Abstract
The article analyzes the criteria for determining the effectiveness (goal, result, the relation of costs of implementation and result) and the indicators that characterize it (which are general and special, quantitative and qualitative). On grounds of the analysis of doctrinal approach it is pointed out that it is necessary to differentiate the criteria and indicators of the efficiency of the implementation of administrative rules in general, and the criteria and indicators of the efficiency of the implementation of the standards of individual administrative legal institutions. The definitions “criteria for determining the efficiency of the implementation of administrative rules” and “indicators of the efficiency of the implementation of administrative rules” are proposed.
