CRITERIA OF THE SELECTION OF OPTIMUM INDIVIDUAL LOADS TO THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

In this article discussed the problems of the modern secondary education opportunities for students to perform mental and physical loads according to the curriculum and programs. Developed and tested new methods of rapid diagnosis and criteria for the selection of optimal individual mental and physical activities at school age-appropriate, gender-sensitive indicators and psychophysiological properties of the nervous system. The proposed methodology will improve performance in training and prevent accidents in physical education classes. This model will help determine the speed of adaptation of pupils to the educational process, the speed of response to mental and physical stress, which is recommended to be used for the selection of individual mental and physical stress and the formation of classrooms in secondary schools.
