CRITERION BASE OF ESTIMATION OF MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT-ORIENTATION OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The criterion base of estimation of management of client-orientation of enterprises is considered in the article, the criteria of estimation are certain, methodical approaches are reasonable for forming of indicators and the system is specified of quality and quantitative indexes of estimation of management of client-orientation of enterprises, that will assist the increase of efficiency of administrative decisions regarding to providing of successful competition development.
