Criterion-level vehicle of determination of efficiency of the methodical system of forming of subject competence on physics of future navigators.

Abstract
For composing effective methodical system of preparing marine specialists and for providing high level subject competence in physics it is necessary to define criteria of formation of the pedagogical category. Existing assessment criteria of educational progress in subjects can’t be used for competency assessment of future navigators in physics/ for solving this problem such scientific methods are used^ analysis of psychological and pedagogical and methodical literature, synthesis, comparison, summering, specification, classification, systematization. We determined cognitive, efficient, motivational value criteria of subject competence formation in physics of future navigators. On the basis of analysis of normative documents which regulated preparing of marine specialists for each criterion we selected indices and levels of formation. Formulated conclusions and irections for further research.
