CRITERIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OF TURBOCHARGER ON SHIP ENGINE Z 40/48

Abstract
A method of analysis which allows to decide on technical modernization of a given type on a sea-going cargo vessel zs presented. The variant of modernization, consisting in replacing a turbocharger on a medium-speed piston main engine, is discussed.
