CROSS-CULTURAL MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AS COMPONENTS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The approaches of foreign and domestic scientists to the definition of significance and place of organizational culture, cross-cultural management and personnel management in the strategic management system in achieving the goals of the organization in a market environment are considered in the article. The different points of view regarding the correlation between these concepts are generalized. The author’s interpretation of system-forming interconnections of cross-cultural management and personnel management as the defining components of strategic management is offered. The use of a specific categorical apparatus in the identification of systematic links between the elements of strategic management is substantiated. The list of long-term actions concerning the implementation of modern approaches to the wide introduction of strategic management into the practice of Ukrainian organizations is proposed.
