Cучасний погляд на фізичну реабілітацію наслідків гострих порушень мозкового кровообігу у пізньому відновному періоді

Abstract
The results of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of physical rehabilitation of post-stroke patients with impaired motor function at the late rehabilitation period – compensation and functional adaptation to the environment are displayed. It was found that neuroplasticity lies at the basis of both true recovery and compensation of functions that are impaired due to stroke. It is shown that in the activation of neuroplasticity mechanisms an important role belongs to kinesitherapy, in particular, as well as to certain methods and types of physical exercises, being as close as possible to the natural human movements.
