CURRENT ISSUES ESCHEAT TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF LOCAL COMMUNITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to current issues and problematic aspects of the transition escheat property in the local community, and the process of acknowledgment heritage abandoned. Based on the analysis, generalization and systematization of legal acts of Ukraine governing this issue was highlighted in a range not regulated aspects related to the transition escheat. In an analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and other sources were formulated conclusions and recommendations on the issues.
