CURRENT ISSUES FOR THE INVESTIGATION OF CORRUPTION CRIMES: CRIMINALISTIC CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem aspects of improving the methodology for investigation of corruption crimes. The necessity of approximation of methodical recommendations of the investigation of corruption crimes to the current needs of law enforcement practice is emphasized. The content of the concept "classification" in its etymological sense is elucidated and the significance of the scientific classification in the disclosure of the essence of the objects under study is highlighted. It is noted that the feature of the criminalistic classification of crimes is their division on the grounds that are as close as possible to the practical needs of those who carry out their detection and investigation, and thus contribute to the development of methodological recommendations that meet these needs, taking into account the realities encountered by investigative practices in proceedings of a separate category of crimes. The significance of forensic classification of crimes for the formulation of a method of investigation of this kind of crimes is revealed. The analysis and generalization of scientific approaches of domestic and foreign scientists concerning criminological criteria of classification of crimes is carried out. The expediency of developing and optimizing an independent forensic classification of corruption crimes with regard to peculiarities of criminal-legal systematization is emphasized. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and investigative practices, a criminalistic classification of crimes classification of corruption crimes is proposed: depending on the sphere and specific field of social relations encountered by criminal acts; depending on the method of criminal activity; on the basis of the person of the offender (the subject of the crime); depending on the criminal purpose and the subject of the criminal offense; depending on the type of socially dangerous consequences of the crime. It is concluded that the above mentioned scientific-practical forensic recommendations, based on the criminal-law description of the crimes of this group, are important for the formation of their generalized criminalistic characteristics.
