Current issues methodological support state financial control

Abstract
The analysis of modern domestic practices allowed to find out that the existing methodological support of state financial control is incomplete (does not cover all its forms, stages, shape), imperfect and inefficient, which in turn affects the efficiency and effectiveness of public financial control. It is concluded that diversity and inconsistency methodological support today’s functioning of various organs of state financial control not only causes different approaches to audits and interpretation of their deficiencies in the budget process and the use of state property, but also substantially prevents the formation of an integrated and efficient of state financial control in Ukraine.
