Current issues of financial liability of taxpayers

Abstract
The article discusses the concept and nature of the financial liability, financial and legal sanctions, reviewed and analyzed the features that are specific to financial and legal sanctions, the analysis of the current legislation, which regulates the financial liability of taxpayers PIT identified shortcomings of legislation that need revision.
