Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the economic essence of banking resources, clarifies the definition of banking resources, explores the bank's resource and deposit policies, examines the essence of the bank's deposit portfolio and ways of its formation, analyzes the deposit market of Ukraine, defines the main problems and ways of ensuring the efficiency of the bank's deposit policy.
