CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIC PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF MILK IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights modern tendencies and prospects for the development of organic production in the dairy product subcomplex. The basic directions of development of organic production in dairy cattle breeding are established. Factors affecting the development of organic production in the dairy product subcomplex of the country are considered. The experience of foreign countries in conducting organic production has been studied. Prospects for the development of organic production in the dairy product subcomplex have been determined.
