CURRENT STATE AND RISKS OF POWER DECENTRALIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the current state of the state decentralization reform in Ukraine, as well as examines the numerous risks and challenges that are taking place in the process of implementing this reform. The practical recommendations for minimizing the risks for successful completion of the reform of authorities are defined.
