Current State of Antibiotic Resistance to Helicobacter pylori and its Clinical Significance

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of published data in recent years on the development and prevalence of Helicobacter pylori resistance to various antibiotics, which are used for the eradication of this microorganism. The features of therapeutic approaches are discussed, as well as ways to overcome the persistence of this infection, the choice of schemes for eradication therapy, depending on the level of Helicobacter pylori resistance to antibiotics. Particular attention is paid to the prevalence of antibiotic resistance to Helicobacter pylori in childhood.
