CURRENT STATE OF ILLEGAL TRADE IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND MECHANISMS OF COUNTERING

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of illegal trade in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the problems and mechanism of counteraction to the implementation of illegal trade are revealed. The basic problems of illegal trade of Ukraine in modern conditions are singled out. Prospective directions of development of foreign trade policy of Ukraine in the context of reduction of displays of illegal trade are revealed.
