CURRENT STATUS AND FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE LENDING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the current state of the mortgage market in Ukraine. The paper discusses the theoretical aspects and normative legal base of functioning of the mortgage. The article analyses dynamics and structure of mortgage loans in the last ten years. The analysis identified the main trends and prospects of development of mortgage lending in a recession of the Ukrainian economy.
