CURRENT TRENDS OF EXPANSION OF SUBJECTS THET MAY REQUIRE DISCLOSURE OF BANK SECRECY IN UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION AS A SIGN OF TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE INSTITUTE OF BANKING SECRETS

Abstract
The article is devoted to disclosure prerequisites expanding range of subjects entitled to require the disclosure of the information containing the bank secrecy. National legislation governing access to banking secrecy is analysed. We investigated the effects of expanding of the circle of subjects entitled to require the disclosure of the information containing the bank secrecy. The study suggests that in the framework of judicial reform, which is being implemented in Ukraine, noted the expansion of the circle of persons entitled to receive from the bank information containing the bank secrecy. This aligns world experience to the global movement of transparency in matters of finance, transformation of the institute of banking secrecy.
