Current trends of human capital management

Abstract
The article describes the main trends in human capital management through the prism of the model of «3T», where the main emphasis is on building creative capital by its three components: technology, talent and tolerance. Characterized by a global index of creativity(GСІ), which is closely linked to economic development, competitiveness and prosperity of the people.The countries that scored high ratings on GCI have higher levels of productivity, competitiveness and overall business development. Creativity is also closely linked to urbanization. Nations that scored high marks in the ranking by GCI also tend to be more equal societies, which encourages development that will affect the public spirit. In this rating Ukraine is highlighted and was given the shortcomings, trends and ways to improve the impact of several factors on human capital.
