Custom made tumor-prosthesis as a primary treatment for Giant Cell Tumor of femur - case report.

Abstract
[i][/i]The article presents the case of 41 years old patient with tumor of distal 1/3 of femur. Due to extended radiological diagnostics, MR, MR spectroscopy, open biosy, giant cell tumor was identified. Considering clinical status, diagnostics and tumor dimention, resection and primary custom made prosthesis occured the best solution. Good clinical outom was achieved. Even due to widened diagnostics, determination of the tumor malignancy was still great diagnostics problem.
