Customer’s behavior patterns in the buying from internet

Abstract
Nowadays, the investigation about the effect of the Internet on different fields of people’s lives is one of the dominating research topics among the researchers all over the world.A customer’s behavior as a human being always emerges from his understanding; understanding of advertisements, of the salesperson’s behavior, of the rate of risk taking which is more obvious in on-line purchases. The present study attempts to examine the customer’s behavioral pattern in an on-line purchase; therefore, it tries to recognize the comprehensive patterns of customer’s behavior, which is in accordance with the general agreement of marketing experts, to explain the customer’s behavior in the Internet environment.
