Cyberslacking jako przykład zachowania nieetycznego

Abstract
The following monograph refers to the topic of cyberslacking that takes place in companies. The definition and two aspects of such behavior will be presented in the paper. The effects and causes of cyberslacking in the light of empirical studies will be presented. Also ideas will be presented for the fight against this behavior. The summation will include an assessment of the phenomenon of cyberslacking.
