Darcy-Brinkman Convection in a Couple-Stress Fluid Saturated With Porous Layer Using Thermal Non-Equilibrium Model
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 1
Abstract
Stability of a couple-stress fluid-saturated porous layer when the fluid and solid phases are not in local thermalequilibrium is analysed. The Darcy -Brinkman model is used for the momentum equation and a two-field model that represents the fluid andsolid phase temperature fields separately is used for energy equation. The linearstability analysis is used to obtain the condition for bothstationary and oscillatory convection. The effect of thermal non-equilibrium on the onset of both stationary andoscillatory convection isdiscussed.

MHD Free Convective Flow of a nanofluid over A Permeable Shrinking Sheet with Binary Chemical Reaction And Activation Energy
We have investigated a two dimensional unsteady free convective MHD flow and heat transfer of nanofluid over a permeable shrinking sheet with binary chemical reaction and activation energy. In this problem, mathematical...
PAPR Reduction in OFDM
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is an efficient method of data transmission for high speed communication systems. However, the main drawback of OFDM system is the high Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR)...
A Novel Method for Solar Energy Harvesting Based On Optimization with Fuzzy Logic
In the recent years, an impressive reduction is being seen in renewable energy a technology that costs as a result of R&D and accelerated deployment. Yet policy-makers are often not aware of the latest cost data. Portabi...
Details of Constructed Laguerre Wavelet Transform with the Mathematical Framework
In this paper, the details of the construct Laguerre wavelet transform were identified with the important mathematical aspects. Several theorems were constructed that demonstrate the validity of the built in wavelet to d...
