Data Driven Personalized and Profiled Therapy

Abstract

The article presents the problem of objective and reliable diagnosis and well-targeted and personalized therapy of disabled people based on the diagnosis results. Data driven learning educational trend was selected as the reference point being starting point for planning individual path to educational or personalized development. It involves collecting of data about a person (both normal and disabled) using modern technologies based on a comprehensive diagnosis, identifying the possible deficits (including the use of both traditional tools and based on a technique in cognitive area, for example based on neurotechnologies). The problem of social exclusion and professional activity has been presented. The theoretical considerations has been supported by practical examples in area of good practices. The techniques of body generated signal processing have been presented and examples of their usage in hardware and software solutions which can support the therapy directed at the individual capabilities of the disabled person. Innovative organizational solution, created at the Faculty of Pedagogy at Pedagogical University of Kraków Center „Pro Futuro” Support People with Special Developmental and Educational Needs with Use of Modern Technologies has been presented.
