DEBT PROBLEM AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract
The article considers the problems to ensure the effective system of state debt security management from the standpoint of improving theoretical basis and organizational principles. The state and structure of the country's public debt has been studied. The features of the country's debt space, the measure of the connection of debt borrowings with tasks to the development of the economy are analyzed. Deficiencies of the current state of ensuring the debt security of Ukraine are identified.
