OPTIMIZATION OF COMMUNICATION CHANNELS IN MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the scientific and methodological approach to improving the communications of an industrial enterprise in the conditions of development based on the model of optimization of communication flows in accordance with the criteria of maximum economic effect from flows with the condition of their sufficient stability, provides an opportunity to ensure the development of the communication system of the enterprise.
