PROVIDING EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF DOMESTIC ENTERPRISES UNDER ACCOUNT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PROTECTIVE PRODUCTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of management efficiency in domestic enterprises using the concept of “lean production”. It is the concept of lean manufacturing that is the product of Western industrial culture, the synthesis and synthesis of a number of advanced management practices in the East and the West. The article noted that the majority of enterprises partially introduce lean production. It is determined that the main factor that has a significant impact on production efficiency is personnel. Therefore, thrift is transformed into an international management philosophy with the formation of appropriate approaches in corporate culture.
