EDIFICATION THE SYSTEM OF RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ON THE ENTERPRISE USING THE BASIS OF SYSTEM AND RESOURCE-ORIENTED APPROACHES

Abstract
In the article was surveyed the enterprise as a complex of resources that were intended to achieve its strategic goal. It was highlighted as the most available approaches to edification an enterprise resource management system, systemic and resource-oriented approaches. The principles of usage a “black box” model are specified in the absence of information about a structure and connections of the input and output data of the research object. It was accentuated that optimization of any separately selected output parameter is impossible; as it can lead to the destruction of the whole system (dominant is the system studying of parameters). It was set up the method of modeling the resource composition of the enterprise as the most effective; under conditions of it applying it’s possible a view not only the composition of resources but also the subsystems of resources.
