Decent wages in development of social state

Abstract
The dynamics of the state of wages in Ukraine on its compliance with the European standards of dignity is analyzed in the article. The main causes of too low wages are found. The main directions of improving the economic and institutional mechanism to ensure decent wage are offered. У статті проаналізовано динаміку стану заробітної плати в Україні на її відповідність європейським критеріям гідності. Виявлено головні причини занадто низького рівня заробітної плати. Запропоновано основні напрями вдосконалення економіко-інституціонального механізму забезпечення гідної заробітної плати.
