Deficitul statelor membre ale Uniunii Europene care nu au aderat la zona euro

Abstract
Tratatul de stabilitate, coordonare și guvernanță a fost semnat în anul 2012 de către 25 state membre ale Uniunii Europene, inclusiv de țările care nu au aderat încă la zona euro. Acest fapt presupune că, în momentul în care aceste state vor adera la zona euro, vor avea obligația de a respecta dispozițiile ce derivă din prevederile tratatului. În esență, se poate afirma că deficitele statelor care nu fac parte din zona euro sunt mai reduse decât cele ale țărilor care au aderat la moneda euro.
