DEFINE SOLUTION IN THE LEGAL REGULATIVE FOR THE PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DIFFICULTIES IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Abstract
Kako ~lenka na OON Republika Makedonija se obvrzuva da gi sproveduva donesenite i potpi{ani me|unarodni dokumenti za re{avaweto na egzistencionalnite problemi na licata so pre~ki vo razvojot i da im obezbedi prava kako na svoi gra|ani. Toa zna~i na hendikepiranite gra|ani da im obezbedi kolku {to e mo`no podostoinstven i nezavisen `ivot, mo`nosti da se obrazuvaat, da imaat zdravstvena za{tita i socijalna sigurnost i da gi vklu~i aktivno vo op{tiot, socijalniot i ekonomskiot razvoj na op{testvoto. Vo Republika Makedonija postoi zakonska regulativa za za{tita na pravata i garantirawe na ednakvosta na licata so pre~ki vo razvojot vo sferata na zdravstvenata za{tita, obrazovanieto i socijalnata za{tita. Kako centralno telo koe }e gi obedinuva vladinite i nevladinite institucii e formirano Nacionalno koordinativno telo za ednakvi prava na licata so hendikep vo Republika Makedonija (1996 g.).
